Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby doesn't have any vocabulary by this age you had to take neurological evaluation of the baby For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom if even at this age ur child is not able to speak even few words not making eye contact with you when you are talking to him or not listening or not even trying to speak then its high time u should consult with your speech specialist
