There is no such cream that makes the baby's skin white. it is all genetics since the baby's skin is very sensitive, you can use a Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion. it keeps skin hydrated and moisturized for a longer period of time. I am using it for my baby. do try at once. it is the best for sensitive and tender skin
