ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. hi mom symptoms of pregnancy r missed periods nausea vomiting myalgia change of taste etc .. if u have missed ur periods then you should do urine pregnancy test to see if u r pregnant

Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 3 m old child4 years agoA. My after birth period haven’t started yet, but i only have a bit nausea nothing more than that , and i feel kicks in my belly , before 3-4 weeksi had both my tests negative but i am still very nervous
