What are some good sources of iron for a pregnant lady?

A. You should definitely have iron supplement if your doctor has suggested and take it with any good juice like pomegranate or orange apart from that you should consume beetroot twice a day pomegranate two small bowls in a day other than that also I’m going to recommend you to consume sweet potato broccoli or green leafy vegetables specially spinach and ask your doctor if you can have black rice and nuts regularly
