ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. nothing make overhydration you should try to keep drinking sufficient Fluids to maintain good hydration for yourself because you are a breastfeeding mother and if you want keep yourself hydrated you want produce sufficient milk
