Hello ma’am There are a lot of symptoms but it is not necessary that every child has the same loss of appetite diarrhoea and irritation and itchiness in gums And there could be other things also because every child has different symptoms when they are teething . So I would just advise you to start with homoeopathic medication called calcareous PHOS6 tablet three times in a day with a gap of six hours as it really helps a lot an easy teething
