A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Now eat healthy diet for the healthy supply of milk and to recover from weakness after delivery. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
