A. Hello. to lose weight, you can do this 1 Include lot of Vegetables, fruits nuts, protein rich foods like skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd to daily meals 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk, fried foods 3. Exercise daily 4. drink lot of water
