A. for weight loss eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. Exercise daily for 45 to 60 minutes. have an active lifestyle.
