it is common to gain extra weight after delivery.
but to reduce it ,here I suggest some tips and tricks which may help :
first , take small and frequent meal.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
avoid taking junk food items.
drink plenty of fluids.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
