A. Hey mom it is very common to gain weight after the pregnance, to lose weight you should concentrate on eating healthy, avoid oily spicy and sugary foods, drink plenty of water wnd and exercise for 20-30 mins a day

A. hi it is common to gain extra weight after delivery. but to reduce it ,here I suggest some tips and tricks which may help : first , take small and frequent meal. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. avoid taking junk food items. drink plenty of fluids. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
