Q.

we use pink salt at our subs, recently someone told us that pink salt doesn't contain iodine and hence my baby iodine needs will not be met by this salt and asked us to use Tata salt. Shall I add Tata salt in my baby food to fulfill the iodine requirement?

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I would definitely recommend that you alternate between pink salt and regular iodise salt so this way your baby is getting all the needed iodine in his diet
