Q.
we're not giving branded products for baby like cerlac, other products( because of our parents ), instead of giving that we give the mix of wheat, ragi . put those to water one day before and squeeze it then add a little more sugar and give it to baby daily, is it ok..?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. giving a Cerelac also is fine and keep including homemade food items for the baby but avoid adding sugar in the males and instead of that you can add little amount of organic jaggery powder for homemade Dates syrup
