we had a travel history last week. due to some infection i had a dysentery for four days. now my 6 months baby also affected by dysentery.. is this due to my breastfeeding. please guide

Madam you just said that you had a travelling history maybe because of that due to change in weather surroundings and everything or maybe with what you have eaten or you are having some problem and could also be associated with some medicines that you are taking sometimes it can also get affected because of the same but usually lose motion in this age can be associated with teething and stomach infection so please check with your doctor one time
