wanted to know i have completely stopped breast feeding now my kid is now 2.5yrs old, so does the breasts naturally stops producing milk or do i need to express it out. is dere a chances of hvng breast engorge???

A. Hi Mom, If you feel heavy in your breasts, you can express your milk to avoid breast engorgement. If you feel that you have breast engorgement, using a warm compress or taking warm shower to encourage milk let down. Applying a cold compress or ice pack to relive pain and swelling. Thank you.
