want to know why my baby get this types of pimples or whatever it is on his nose is there cream aur powder anyone can suggest which I should apply so that the pimples will go away

A. Use calamine lotion because it could be either due to heat in the body or sometimes due to skin Bing oily Ola particulars area on to the skin of the child can also lead to this kind of paper so you can apply calamine lotion regularly on to that area
