A. If your son has pimple-like spots on his cheeks since birth, it could be newborn acne, milia, or a skin sensitivity issue. Since doctor-prescribed medicines haven’t worked, try keeping his skin clean, moisturized, and free from harsh products. Use a mild baby cleanser, avoid oily lotions, and let the skin breathe. Applying breast milk, a thin layer of coconut oil, or aloe vera gel (if no allergies) might help. If the condition persists or worsens, consult a pediatric dermatologist to rule out any allergies or underlying skin conditions. Patience is key, as some baby skin conditions take time to fade naturally.
