A. Keep Hydrated: Ensure your baby stays hydrated by offering small sips of clear fluids. Breast milk or formula can be given in smaller, more frequent amounts. You can also try an oral rehydration solution specifically designed for infants. BRAT Diet: If your baby is eating solids, introduce the BRAT diet – bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. These foods are gentle on the stomach. Ginger: Offer a small amount of ginger tea or ginger ale (make sure it's caffeine-free and diluted with water) to help settle the stomach. For a 13-month-old, make sure it's at an appropriate temperature and well-diluted. Keep the Environment Calm: Try to create a calm and quiet environment to prevent overstimulation, which can exacerbate vomiting.
