vayun is 2 yr 10 month old and he is suffering from constipation (hard stool) otherwise he taken sufficient water, curd, milk fruits everything and eat only homemade food,what do for him

also allow your child some active play outdoors.

Hard stool is not constipation please clear that thing because constipation is when the child does not poop for a day or two but hard motion is usually because of lack of fibre and fluid in the body so right now you are doing very good Just increase a buttermilk in the diet of your child which you should give twice in a day
