Vaccination pain on shoulder like abit red can see on my baby after a month..why?? Taking vaccination in one and half month.My baby already 3 and half months now

BCG vaccine will be having redness and discharge pus and heals on its own for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
