Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Give banana in morning snacks. Always give lukewarm water after feeding anything which helps in good digestion. Give five solid feed in a day. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week. You can give liquids like buttermilk, fruit juice, milkshakes, soups, coconut water and water.
