Q.
Upto 1year no salt added to the food.but here in your recipes salt is added.please avoid that

No there is no need to avoid this salt because our recipes are absolutely correct because you may not know this as a lot of doctors have different perception towards approach of food some salt is good some salt is not good so if you don’t want to add salt don’t add what is wrong with the recipes that are perfectly good
