A. Hi mom To reduce belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya nmaskar will help u to reduce your belly fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Take care
