Today my son passed whitish semi solid stool in the diaper which was too much offensive it was very difficult to clean because of that offensive smell later he vomited curd like milk, also few pieces of grapes which ate yesterday (in the afternoon) then he did not eat anything yet today in the afternoon he again vomited water and then few minutes back he vomited the milk immediately while drinking what could it be??? he is having fever right now, I gave him PCM syrup, ORS water what should I give him as food??? what precautions should I take???
