today is my due date of deleivery but koi pain ni h . doctor has adviced me for c section . merae ultrasound report mae placenta ka postion posterior maturity grade 2 likha h . mera normal deleivery ho skta h . mera weight 112 kg h

Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and follow his advice
