Q.

Though i m totally breastfeeding my baby my periods started just after 2 months of baby born...and they are coming regularly..i thought i wud be having at least half year of rest frm periods

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregularities in periods till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

A. Though certain health conditions may cause irregular periods, hormonal changes are the most common cause when you're breast-feeding. Once you start to ease up on breast-feeding, especially after the first year as your baby gains more nutrition from foods, your periods will start to normalize again.
