Mam I think your child could be dehydrated and that is why vomiting and lose motions both are happening you should give water with ORS or water in general in good quantity plus any other fluids like coconut water butter milk these things would be good and check with your doctor wants to know exactly what’s the problem is it because of dehydration or heat or associated with some other issue
