this morning our baby was vaccinated she did not have fever but she cries alot due to pain can I giver her paracetamol drops for the pain ?

A. Hundred percent Ma’am even if there is no fever you totally free to give paracetamol to the child every six hours keep some ice cube on to the vaccination site so that the swelling settles down over the period
