A. give syp crocin 250 mg

A. Crocin ds it is stronger than the regular medicine this is going to help in reducing fever over the period you can repeat it every six hours after taking the temperature on that basis fever doesn’t subside within the time of 72 hours and consult your doctor for further assistance
