This is my 10th week of pregnancy. I am having acidity most of the time. can I use ENO? . . or what else I can do to get relief from acidity and bloating?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. please take syrup gaviscon as it is safe during pregnancy and also lactation and it starts acts acting within 3 seconds after consumption and take small and frequent meals and avoid spicy foods
