This is 2nd c section to me small pieces of wires came from vagina why

A. Then visit a gynaecologist in Private

A. That’s very difficult to say because if you had a C-section it has got no connection with your vagina region for that matter so I think it would be good for you to consult your gynaecologist get it checked and understand what has happened and what treatment do you need to follow
