Q.

There red colour blood coming out while pooping, there is no pain or anything everything is just normal but the stools are little hard..is it anything serious please suggest..

A. You have not mentioned the age of the child but if it is blood apart from hardness or constipation issues then it is usually due to stomach infection or a protein allergy it would be good for you to check with your doctor for a treatment
