no there is no problem as some kids show a little delay in getting their milk teeth and complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts by the age of 3 years..

Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your baby. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet.
