There are many items in dryfruits such as almonds, walnuts, raisins, apricots, berries, etc. which all are good for a pregnant mother? which to avoid?

A. If you don’t have any energy to the nuts, then you can consume almost everything, but make sure that you’re taking Moderate quantities and do not overconsume Whatever it is you’re taking
