A. It's common for some babies to have delayed teething, and not seeing teeth by 6 months or even later can still be normal. Most babies get their first tooth between 4 to 12 months, but some may start teething as late as 14-15 months without any issues. If your baby is otherwise healthy, feeding well, and developing normally, there’s usually no cause for concern. However, if your baby is over 18 months and still hasn’t started teething, it’s a good idea to consult a pediatrician or pediatric dentist to check for any underlying concerns.
