The period after childbirth came regularly for five months and did not come for the last three months. Will this cause any health problems in the future?

A. having regular periods keeps your body fit and also hormones in balance so missing periods for a long time may cause weight gain and other concerns for your health so it would be better Tu to take medicines to start the periods
