Father of a 2 yr 2 m old boy2 years ago
Q.

Team, I’m father of twin babies from Chennai. Recently I did name inclusion in birth certificate for both my kids but did not add initials to the name as birth certificate includes both my name as well as my spouse’s name. Are there any issues with this approach?

A. hello would be better to give the name as per the birth certificate going forward in any record.. good to always maintain a same name everywhere including initials to avoid any problems in the future which would be better and also safe too to avoid complications
