team, I am observing some dry skin on my 3 months old baby, applying cetaphil cream, is that normal on these cold climate ?

giving adequate feeding To maintain proper hydration
Giving daily oil massage to the baby followed by warm water bath On regular basis for at least 1st 2 years
Avoid using more of moisturizer and powder.
if very cold , you should massage baby in bathroom
