Swara is 3 years old. His eyes are looking slightly red since few days. And there is itching in the eyes. what to do for this

A. hello the child is having red eye and also it is red then it can be due to eye infection and it would be a better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
