Regular body massage bath and applying good cream day and night both the times that the body care and for food you should start with dal and rice water then slowly shift to fruits and vegetables then you can introduce Suji Kheer Upma and Halwa you can also go ahead with mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato khichadi and Daliya
