Q.

Suggest iron rich food to eat during pregnancy. Currently 22 weeks . I have low heamoglobin level and also have Heamoglobin E trait. #askanexpert

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take eggs and chicken. Also take chicken soup and vegetables soup. Please take banana shake and ragi porrige to increase HB. Please TAKE lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. Thanks and take care
