A. Dear mum, for 4 years old child, you can give everything that you prepare at your home. Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.
