AshaMom of 2 children1 day agoA. As a mom, I'd recommend choosing toys that encourage movement and hands-on learning at this age. My favorites are stacking cups, shape sorters, wooden puzzles, building blocks, push-and-pull toys, and activity cubes. These help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving.
We've also enjoyed a few age-appropriate toys from Nesta Toys because they're simple, engaging, and encourage independent play without screens.
At 14 months, I think it's better to invest in a few open-ended toys that grow with your child rather than buying lots of toys they'll outgrow quickly.
