suggest a healthy diet plan while breastfeeding for losing weight

A. Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day. * Have a healthy and balanced diet. * Eat short and frequent meals * Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. * Limit sugar intake to 2 tsp a day * Have a good breakfast and light dinner * Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day *  Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.

A. You may take lemon and honey in warm water in the morning avoid oily outside and Bakery products consume all fruits and vegetables with every meal do Surya Namaskar exercise in the morning it will help to tone body muscles and reduce food cravings
