Hi You have not mentioned as to when did you deliver your child and what is the mode Of delivery I would just like to tell you that mostly you can give all kind of fruits and vegetables which are green leafy you should avoid refined flour and heavy food like chawl and Rajma rice there is no restriction on anything as such
