provide a balanced diet that includes all the food groups like whole grain , millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee , eggs etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
make sure baby is well active and has enough water intake.
give small and frequent meals.

Ma’am A child after the age of 12 months there is no diet plan that you have to follow you can give me each and everything whatever you are preparing at home to your child also there is no restriction on any kind of food to be given to the child after the age of 12 months
