A healthy diet plan for 8 month old baby

A. Dear mum, for 8 months old baby, give top food 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed your baby. You can give foods like porridge, homemade cerelac, roti soaked in dal or vegetable, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao. Seasonal fruits Curd, paneer, cheese. Eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
