Ritika ChoudharyMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello Mommy/Daddy, please let us know how old is your kid ? Also healthy diet should include 3 full meals , milk twice daily and one/two fruits every day for tha kids above the age of 1 year.
