suddenly my left side breast milk secretion become low ..my son is 3 months old.. suggest remedies

A. try to latch ur baby from left more often.. It is a demand and supply mechanism. take Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
