Of course mood swings happens at times during pregnancy as harmonal levels are high but control anger, anxiety.
Have a check on blood pressure on regular basis Change diet avoid spicy foods,salt .
Count numbers while you are anger and avoid incidents which makes you anxious, listen music, Favourite Hobby, reading books.
