Dear patches happens due to extreme dry skin, try using Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture cream, it soothes dry and irritated skin and keeps maintain the ph balance of the skin and protects from dryness. My cousin's new born also faced same after applying this cream it reduces with in a day . try this.
